I think you've got it right but I also think he underestimates what we've been doing. Thre's a reason we all begged off as moderators. I like having too much too do and don't mind having to juggle priorities. But at some point I have to think about the quality of what I do. Yeah, I know, you were all wondering when I'd starting thinking about quality ;-) Basically, if we could do the forums, we'd probably be doing our own already. Well, that plus an administrator/project leader. To do them, we need someone to get moderators and some posters and if that person just came back to us to be moderators and posters, we'd be chasing our tail (tails?). I'm starting a new job next week. One I know very little about, which is the way I like it but I'm have to get up to speed quickly and earn my pay [cue violins, please]. Remaining committed to ACA-Ft. Worth is a bit of a hat trick, but I'm still going (yippee). Beyond that, Peter and Paul are pretty much refusing to let me borrow anymore. If people think I'm not in circulation enough, I think that's, well, outlandish and I'm inclined to say (quietly, under my breath) to hell with them. I don't regret getting into what all I've gotten into. I know, believe me I know, others of you are even harder pressed than I. But I haven't felt this put out since Amazon Jane gave me a ten-minute lecture on how to sit in a canoe -- about an hour before she got knocked off her seat and onto her, uh, seat by one of those low branches she knew so much about. I'll get over it [cue trumpets] Btw, if this is *volunteer*, does that mean I should stop counting on getting medical and a pension? ;-) Okay, enough about me, what do you think about me? Sorry, couldn't resist squeezing in an old joke. sh --- Cheryl Rogers <cheryl@wilstream.com> wrote: > I think he's just excited and a little anxious that this > comes off well. > It is the first project that he has come forward with, > pushed to get > approval, and implemented all by himself.
