I certainly *do not* think we need anyone to step down. I think it would 
be wise to have an odd number of people on the Board, although tie votes 
have not been a problem. And I think Larry is primed.
I actually think it would be better to have Larry on the BOD in an 
official capacity before much more convention talk goes by. I think he 
might participate more actively and feel like he has more authority to 
speak out in this regard if he were official.
I agree about Phil. He's a good gerbil, and getting better all the time. 
   If I get the chance, I'll talk to him soon about the importance of 
putting a more positive spin on things.
Erik, if you're feeling stressed about these things, then how can we help?
