Was giving a couple more days for David.  I'd actually already e-mailed 
Larry yesterday & let him know what was up and that the motion already had 
enough yea votes, but we were just waiting as a courtesy measure.

Now with Karen's vote, and enough time elapsed on our wandering David, 
motion passes.  I will e-mail Larry to let him know it's official, and see 
if he will accept.
