Larry, welcome to aga-sc, aka AGA "secret club".  OK, not really. 
Originally was Steering Committee, just as MCM stood for Managagement 
Committee Members, not 1900.  This list is for the rare communication 
amongst the board only, like when discussing whether to offer someone new 
a board seat.  This concludes this particular debate and vote... we now 
direct any further conversations back to MCM, thanks...
