Now that you mention officers, I will be filing a summary
report with the Secretary of State (MASS) next month, as
nonprofs in MASS are annually required to do. Subject to
correction, my list of officers is the same as Cheryl's.
Kathy is not an officer (in the specific legal sense)
although we miss her greatly and Karen and I are also
Clerks (in the technical legal sense).

I'm sitting yet I stand to be corrected.
Next Fed filing (annual tax filing) is not due until next
April. That filing will involve math.

Not that anyone asked but while I have your attention I'll
add this:

AGA continues floating at roughly $42-45k -- our steady
gradual climb in liquid assets has gotten pretty close to
leveling off. We probably would have broke $50k this year
if we had a successful convention this year that
financially returned as well as the last couple and we
hadn't lost those several TAG ads.
