I think your reply was good, and up-beat.  As far as a joint venture is 
concerned, we've turned that down in the past. (and with that particular 
group)  If we had wanted to continue down the a joint venture path, all we 
needed to do was hang on NEC's coat-tails, and have the world's cheapest 
conventions.  We are welcome there any time.
