NO, let's let them learn to walk on their own. I want
them to be educated by us not spoon fed. I have
already responded with some basic info. Let's try to
let them draw their own conclusions by showing them
rather than just telling them.

Even if they bring a lame deal to the table we can get
involved later and try to fix it before it is signed.
Let's see what they come up with first. 

Of course I may be all wrong!
