To AGA BoD:
As you know, we recently entered a new mailing arrangement
for TAGs. Unfortunately, the mailer firm we are dealing
with will not mail until it receives payment and cannot
specify the amount of payment due until it has the TAGs
ready for mailing. Thre is faxing involved, and I have
limited access to a fax machine. Long story short, this
unnecessarily delays deliveries of TAGs.
Unless someone objects, I plan to increase the Petty Cash
Fund that Cheryl uses by an amount sufficient for her to be
able to pay the mailer directly. Comments?
