[AGA-sc] Resolution to open savings account

What else is there to do on Christmas eve but think about money? I am confident 
that the AGA will be maintaining cash assets exceeding its annual operating 
expenses. So it makes sense to move a portion of the assets out of checking and 
into another form of account. Hah, you probalby thought I already did this. 
Alas, I've meant to set up a savings account for quite a while. We can consider 
other forms of desposit (CDS, money market, etc.) once we figure out what uses 
we might have for the assets. 

Therefore, I move that the Board resolve that 

1) the AGA open a second demand deposit bank account, as an interest bearing 
account, in the state of NJ, subject to the applicable laws and regulations and 

2) the Treasurer be the authorized signer on the account, 
     move funds between the AGA bank accounts as is in the interests of the 
AGA, 
     maintain auditable records of account activity, and 
     report thereon to the Board periodically and upon its request.
