Sure. And cash might need to be exchange for local currency, also with a 
transaction cost. I think this is as far as we can go to accommodate folks. 
This is about as liquid (interchangeable for items of value) as a commodity 
gets internationally.

I second and vote yes to paying the prize winners asap. But I am worried 
that receiving a check in US dollars would also shortchange them because 
their bank would charge a fee to cash it.
