Now even more I think we should have an agreement in writing up front. The
whole club should see it so if anyone wants to grumble they can do it up front,
instead of as an excuse for disaffection and desertion later on.
*If* they don't want to sign the agreement, then we cut loose of them so we can
try to produce a decent show.

Maybe you could point out how much !@*&^$^ money DFWAPC made. We still
can't figure out how to spend it, and it's been three years.
