Thanks Scott -- this is excellent to hear. - Erik On Sun, 12 Feb 2006, S. Hieber wrote:
This is very preliminary data so don't bet the store on it. Paypal won't do download of more than a few months without timing out so it took a while to get the data and I'm still working on it. In 2005 we several times almost got up to $50G. Net change in cash assets (money) was $10,851 on a total income of$34,779 and total expenses of $23,928. Balance of cash assets in all accounts on 12/31/05 was 48,588 Note that this includes $2,480.54 in net revenue funds from AGA2K4 which hit the books in 2005. I'm just doing simple Cash Basis accounting, not Accrual accounting. Given that the convention funds are included, I do not think these are atypical results for AGA. there were a few other out of the ordinary ups and downs (ACA, Tshirt clearance, Tropica sellout, etc.) and I'll try to address these in my 2005 report. But since it's aready midFebruary, I figured you deserved hear at least the barest financial info. One way to look at this is that we are clearly in the black and clear enough annually to produce almost 2 issues of TAG. Another way is that we cleared enough to pay wage and benefits for a clerical worker for about 1.5-3 months, depending on medical and dental. sh _______________________________________________ AGA-sc mailing list AGA-sc@thekrib.com http://lists.thekrib.com/mailman/listinfo/aga-sc
