Last year we sort of named the Hosp room for Seachem because they paid and extra $300. Uf we use a single vendor/regiastration/hospitality/silinet auction room, we have to be careful how we advertise, announce or display the sponsorhip. We don't want the vendor room to be displayed as the "Seachem Room" ( well, not if there are other vendors there, which isn't certain). Otoh, we could say "Snacks courtesy of SeaChem". If we do have vendors, the single room theory (not to be oconfused with teh single bullet theory) can help traffic the room on Sat. It can also help with the silent auction. Some of the beter parties happen "privately" in the private rooms anyway - whether there is a hosp Room or not -- it's the normal cliqueishness of human. RE the T report, from an old beanie to a new one, you are welcome. sh ----- Original Message ---- From: Cheryl Rogers <cheryl@wilstream.com> To: Aquatic Gardeners Association Board <aga-sc@thekrib.com> Sent: Monday, February 13, 2006 10:39:09 PM Subject: Re: [AGA-sc] Snow Job -- or report produced inbetween shoveling other stuff Seachem can pay for the chips and sodas. Platinum level gets you a big sign that says, "Pringles sponsored by Seachem!" _______________________________________________ AGA-sc mailing list AGA-sc@thekrib.com http://lists.thekrib.com/mailman/listinfo/aga-sc
