Hi Jim,

Two board members have pointed out that no matter how much the SFBAAPS 
membership wants two overseas speakers, if it is not within the budget, it 
should not be allowed.  (see message at bottom)

I see two options here:

 1. Re-do the budget to allow for these two speakers
 2. Adjust the speaker line-up to allow for this budget
 3. "Do it anyway and hope the budget is overly conservative and we make
    back the extra $1-2k it will cost"

Given that the AGA is financially underwriting the entire thing, and the 
concern comes from our treasurer, I do not think we can do option 3 at 
this point.

Please let me know what you guys want to do... you can add it to your list 
of things to ask the membership.
