Re: [AGA-sc] [Fwd: RE: rate sheet]

We could go any of at least three ways here:

TFH probably won't be fussy. And if TFH has reasonable expectations to believe
that person signing is acting as an agent for AGA, Inc., then that will
probably obligate the AGA.

If we wanted to be official we could vote someone to be authorized to enter
into agreements for and on behalf of the AGA.

The Pres, as a presiding officer will probably be recognized as a duly
authorized agent of the corp.

The Treasurer is authorized to make expenditures on behalf of the AGA.

Amazingly, the price quoted jives perfectly with my calculations.

I love it when a plan comes together. (You are *old* if you know what TV
show that comes from.)

So. Who signs the contract?

Cheryl

Cheryl,

My apology for my delay in response. I understand from your previous
email you would like to reserve a 1/6 page color ad in the July -Dec
2006 issues.
The cost of your ad would amount to $395.89 per month. As a new
advertiser we would require the first ad be paid for upfront.

In order to reserve space for the July issue provide me with the
following information.

1) phone number
2) fax number
3) mailing address
4) orientation of your 1/6 page ad (vertical or horizontal)

Once this information is received I will write up a contract and send it
to you via fax or email. At which point you would review it, sign it and
fax back to me by March 28th. Art materials for the July issue are due
by April 8th.

If you have any further questions please feel free to contact me at
1-800-631-2188 ext. 139. Thank you.

Sincerely,

Hi Blake,

Haven't heard from you. What do we need to do to get an ad in your July

Thanks,
