Well as soon as we set pricing, we can put up the items for the web shopping cart. We're bound to sell a few tickets to diehards even before we list all the speakers, etc.

yea, I got the same conclusion from playing with your
numbers from a few days ago.

I really don't know about the field trip. I can't see
many people forking out $51 for a field trip plus a 4
hour bus ride. I guess if they had some skins in the
game we could risk it but the SFBAAS folks are playing
with our money.

Either way we just need to come to a conclusion on
this and the speakers we need to get the announcements
out.
