Re: [AGA-sc] Tra la la...

Sometimes TB makes more sense if you read backwards. That's how I edit his stuff the first time through. ;-)

I think we have enough names with at least 3 to ask in case the others can't make it.

November too cold? Too hot? How would you like to spend part of it in San Francisco? Cable cars, Lombard St., Chinatown -- and a simply huge aquatic plant auction.

The 2006 Aquatic Gardeners Association Convention will be November 10-12 at the Sheraton Gateway Hotel -- San Francisco International Airport.

Details will be posted soon at http://www.aquatic-gardeners.org/

Oh, it must be fun to be eternally youthful and have no responsibilities
in life...

Anyway, just passing this on for the suggestions about Windelov and
Dennerle, and my response.  Stupid top post, so you have to read
backwards.

Moss guy from SG was $1700+ for airfare, way over budget for this convention.
Might work in 2007, but not 2006.

Dave said it was a new plant business that he and his wife had started, and
hopefully in a year or two he'd be able to travel again.  Sounds a lot like
having young kids.

Anyway, I trust Karen -- she basically "found" Claus, Christel, and others in
the past, so she'll probably discover another person who will turn out to be a
big-name speaker in the future.
