Still no word back from Greg Morin since I left him
the detailed voice message on Wed. I am going to call
him again on Monday.
I think we need to get answers from him and Windelov
by mid next week at the latest. If they can't do it we
need to act quickly and find replacements at least for
Windelov as our headliner. Any thoughts on who that
could be?
The Ides of March are long gone and Cinco DeMayo
approaches. We are now at the 6 month window.
We have to get the web site for registration up and
the marketing push out now.
Is there anything else we are waiting for prior to
going forward?
I realize that I am preaching to the Choir here but I
want to make sure you guys agree with me.

I will keep you all updated as soon as I hear
something.

OK, now do you guys want me to ask Greg or is
someone
else who knows him better going to do it. As I
said,
I
have no problem doing it but I want to make sure
we
have a concensus on who should do what. Just let
me
know.
Now that tax season is over, and before we start
a
near complete remodel of our house (hopefully
this
week)I really want to focus on helping get this
AGA
thing going forward. You know in my spare time
:-).
Regards,
Larry

Right. It would be very nice of us. And we
should
do
it if that's what
it takes to round out the speaker line-up. But
what's the point of
spending $600 to fly Greg to SF and then
charging
him $600 for
Sponsorship, if we don't HAVE to?

Should Larry offer Greg that we'll cover
transport? Or should we reserve that for
keynote/Holger only?
