[AGA-sc] Server Upgrade -- member databases not working yet

Hi folks,

It's 3:45 and I just got done with a big yearly server update.  Frankly, 
was hoping to have it done in an hour or so, but oh well.  I think I've 
got all the big public features like e-mail and web working.  But the 
web databases aren't all there yet.  So please be patient for now; I'm 
hoping they'll be all back sometime tomorrow.
