Can you please forward a formal invitation from the Aquatic Gardeners Association to both Ole and Troels to speak at our annual convention, Nov. 10-12, 2006 in San Francisco, CA, as per the arrangement you described below.

As I suspected, the AGA Board is thrilled at the idea of having both of them, and VERY grateful to both you and Tropica for offering to sponsor us in this way!

I know that Ole has already agreed, but please let me know as soon as you get a firm answer from Troels as well.

Just shortly as we spoke over on the phone:

It is possible that you got two speakers for AGA convent !

Ole Pedersen and Troels Andersen

AGA pays for:

ONE (return) flight tickets

1 Double Room for Ole and Troels

The food and tour for them under the convention, good service as usual ;)

Tropica and Ole Pedersen pays for ONE of the flight ticket

Official sponsor for the AGA Convent : Tropica Aquarium Plants

(pays that trough : part of the flight ticket, some books, some AquaCare product for the auction)

You need an agreement from the other persons in AGA

I need Troels agreement on the tour and that he has to write one article for the next AG ;)

Ole Pedersen has given his agreement already (it was more or his idea)

You have to send us an invitation so we know that ? you still think this is a good idea!
