I'll add our plans... right now Kathy and I are planning on flying 
Wednesday night (possibly open-jaw to San Jose), spend Thursday night in 
Monterey on our own, and then drive to the convention (possibly 
carrying some other people who need to get back early to set up, depending 
on what kind of car we rent).  Not nailed down yet, though.
