Okay, I see what you've done here. Looks better than my way of doing 
things, anyhow.

I offer a compromise on the US memberships. Let's not raise the rate 
right away. For the rest of 2006, I'll get with Pete at NTM and see how 
we can lower mailing costs without delaying delivery. We'll re-evaluate 
at the convention or shortly after, and if we're not seeing an 
improvement, we can raise the US rates a few bucks.
