Hi Paul,

I have contacted the hotel on your behalf. They have
agreed to extend the group rate to you for Tuesday and
Wed (11/7-8). If you are coming in on Monday that
should be OK as well. 

You will need to first make your reservations for the
convention on the Sheraton's AGA convention web site
link for the days that it will allow. Afterwards you
will need to send me an email requesting the extension
for the exact dates you wish. At that point I will ask
them to make a manual extension to your reservation.
