Good news re the hotel. So far they sound like a very professional and accomdating hotel. Probably the sooner we book the overseas flights, the better. If I know the name (Kastrup?) and city (Copenhagen?)or the 3-letter code name (CPH?) for the overseas airport and I can book the flights and send the tickets by insured registered mail. This is how we handled Christel. Alternatively, we can let them book their own flights and reimburse them afterwards. This gives them the most fleixibiliity in accomodating their schedules. It just puts us at some extra risk for the amount of the airfare -- we could look up flights and specify a maximum reimbursement amount. sh * * * * * * * * * Convention Registration is OPEN! And the Field Trip bus already is half full! And we're not allowed to strap extra passengers on the roof. The 2006 Aquatic Gardeners Association Convention is open for registration now. We should also start looking at some fares for Troels. _______________________________________________ AGA-sc mailing list AGA-sc@thekrib.com http://lists.thekrib.com/mailman/listinfo/aga-sc
