Re: [AGA-sc] [AGA-Member] AGA 2006 Convention now open for registration

Good news re the hotel. So far they sound like a very professional and
accomdating hotel.

Probably the sooner we book the overseas flights, the better. If I know the
name (Kastrup?) and city (Copenhagen?)or the 3-letter code name (CPH?) for the
overseas airport and I can book the flights and send the tickets by insured
registered mail. This is how we handled Christel.

Alternatively, we can let them book their own flights and reimburse them
afterwards. This gives them the most fleixibiliity in accomodating their
schedules. It just puts us at some extra risk for the amount of the airfare --
we could look up flights and specify a maximum reimbursement amount.

. . .Scott, I guess we should make the Topica boys
reservations after Karen confirms their dates? We
should also start looking at some fares for Troels.
