Last I heard, e-tickets could not be arranged here (USA) for anyplace there
(not USA); that ended some time after 9/11 and is the reason we mailed Christel
here tickets.
I hadn't heard that that security measure had been lifted.

Actually, we can book the tickets and then get them an
e-ticket. This way all they will need to have is
proper ID/Passport. No need to send them any paper
tickets.
