[AGA-sc] Resignation as president

Hi guys... I think it's come to this.  I think I'm doing less good as a 
schlump president than the AGA having NO president.  More importantly to 
me, I am definitely doing myself harm by continuing to think I can take 
responsibility for the AGA.  So I'm giving notice.  I'll see the 
SFBAAPS convention and this year's aquascaping contest trainwrecks 
through, but on December 1st, I am done.

I will be happy continue the various technical jobs, like maintain the 
forum, do the videos, etc.  I will run the computer parts of the 
aquascaping contest, but someone else would have to run the contest 
itself.  Most importantly, I just can't step in and do all these "people" 
jobs like organize the convention.  The AGA needs someone who can get 
others involved, and I'm just not that person.  So I have to stop beating 
myself up over it all, and just let it go.
