[AGA-sc] Contact for Seachem speaker

I'm e-mailing all the speakers so I know if I need to bring a 35mm slide 
projector down to San Jose in 2 weeks.

I want to send the speaker questionaire to Dr. George Batten of Seachem. 
Anyone have an e-mail address for him?

Here is the questionaire:

    please make sure to include the video clips on the CD or DVD-ROM
    along with your main presentation.  Please note that Powerpoint
    in particular does not automatically include the video clips in
    the powerpoint file.  Test your presentation CD on another computer
    if you're not sure!!!)

Taping:

Is it OK to tape your talk for convention video? ________

May I borrow your slides/media for dropping into this video?
I use the media ONLY for making the video, and do not give it
to anyone else! ___________
