I totally agree. It would not be fair to our
membership to do it any other way. 

In fact I will go a step further (uh oh.... here we
go;-)). Since I am an AGA not an SFBAASer I think any
donations I get should be AGA only. That is only my
opinion, but I don't see why they should benefit
anymore by my efforts when they have done nothing  but
cause us grief. 

My time and efforts are strictly for the AGA and it's
membership. 

Additionally I had to do their hotel contract. In my
opinion they are in breach of the implied contract of
our bid document. They have no skin in the game and
don't deserve to make a penny on this. 

I know most of you probably feel the same way I do and
I don't want to start a long thread on this but rather
let everyone know how I feel as an AGA Board member.
