I'm sorry, folks. Maybe I ame off as trying to point blame. I didn't mean to 
come off that way. We're running on a small set of human resources and lord 
knows you've been doing a yeoman's job (uh, and yeowoman's too). This has been 
a hard row to hoe and it's hard to keep all the balls in the air and some of 
that is biting us back from the field. But then, maybe a few bites are to be 
expected. I haven't done as much as I did in 2004 and some of you have been 
doing way more than anyone could possibly ask. I understand that.
