To answer your questions, as part of sponsorship we place logo's on the

sponsor an aquascaping contest category that goes on the page of the
category that was sponsored $100 per category, $150 for best of show)
Logo's will also be placed in the convention program.

The convention for the last two years runs about 150 people.  The Aquatic
Gardener (TAG) the official journal of the Aquatic Gardener's Assoc (AGA)
has a distributorship of a 1000.  The AGA membership ranges
from 750-1000 depending on the year.  If you are interested in advertising
in the journal The Aquatic Gardener, I can get you that information as
well, but really this letter was just about donations for the convention.

Ideally the product should arrive by Nov. 7th.  The convention is the 10th
in San Francisco.  We have some really interesting speakers this year.
The auction usually draws people from the surrounding community in
addition to the convention attendee's and the proceeds go towards making
the convention a success and promoting the aquatic plant hobby.
