Subject: New Jersey Aquatic Gardener's Club Cheryl / Karen,
We are in the last phase of
creating a new East Coast plant club - New Jersey Aquatic Gardener's Club, led
by Mike Firrincili and myself. We are working on logistics and long-term goals.
Both of us are very detail oriented, have been in the hobby for quite a while,
understand the basics of management, delegation and most important - people
communication. We are in it to win it. Our common vision and goal is one of the
best plant clubs in US. Our first meeting will most likely take place at Mike?s
house. I received a great donation from Ghazanfar/GWAPA ? extra copies of Aqua
Journal from AGA. We will use this as a souvenirs for those who will show
interest in our club. We have few other ideas on how to attract potential new
members and one of them is AGA literature as well as copies of TAG. Karen, who
was introduced to some of our ideas few weeks ago, was generous enough with TAG
donation at the last NJAS meeting. However most of those bundles went to your
hard-core fish hobbyists vs. hard-core plant hobbyists.
I was wondering if AGA is willing
to provide copies of TAG as well as AGA literature ? This would be extremely
beneficial to my future club as well as AGA in the long run.
Regards, Jay Luto
