[AGA-sc] Seachem

Hi folks,

Need opinions here.  To review, as I know it now, the chronology:

Larry contacted Seachem about sponsorship/speaker.  They said "Just do 
what we did last time".

'Last time' we had sponsorship classes, like 'platinum'.  Seachem paid 
somewhere around $600 for the platinum level, and got a vendor table, and 
naming rights for the hospitality suite.  This year, we are not that 
organized to have levels.

I updated the convention page to say Seachem was one of "the sponsors". 
This has also percolated to other materials, such as the brochure.

We then offered free vendor tables to all TAG advertisers.

Larry was concerned that "if we're offering others free vendor tables, 
then what is Seachem getting for its sponsorship?"

Since then, we have done nothing about resolving the issue.  However, it 
remains as a "sponsor" on the page.


I PROPOSE we ask for $500, which would cover naming rights for hospitality 
suite, signage in the convention, listing in the program, and the 
continuing listing in the website.

I suspect they'll be happy with whatever we ask them.  We're not giving 
ZooMed signage, just a vendor table.  Same thing with Aqua Forest.

Sensible?
