No, Tropica is not paying anything. I beleive any offer of sending stuff
was cancelled when Claus made us the deal for Ole and Troels. Check the
archives for early May, I think. Agreement was something like "In
exchange for paying for Ole, Tropica is Official Sponsor of the
convention." Vague, but it seems to me equivalent to donating $500+ and
should be given the same treatment.
