I must say that I am totally surprised to hear someone suggest any kind of deal 
with Gomberg. A deal with Gomberg is a deal with rug merchant. Regardless of 
his having a good side, that side has little to do with his business deals.

I don't want to get in bed with someone that I expect will try to screw.

I can't put it any more politely than that.

But as I cannot commit any time to the sales table, I have no input one 
way or another.

Gomberg ticks me off, though.  Wasn't he going to volunteer to man 
registration and all the other tasks?  Would he be reliable to actually 
stay at the table, or will he wander off like he usually does?
