I felt I had a duty to bring up the points I mentioned -- that they be 
considered in the decision. If you think this is what we should do for the 
convention, then let's do it. It's a convention thing so I don't think it needs 
a vote or anything. Looks like we'll breakeven at lest so the money isn't an 
issue -- We still have $500 in the AGA2K6 program and advertizing budget. -- if 
you don't think DW will grip about overstock, well, your guess is better than 
mine in these regards so that takes care of that consideration.

If we sell then, let's get them *all* Hancocked if we can.
