Yes, I could ship something out on Friday to you, but all I have right now
is my own book.  I still haven't received the APHBs or heard a word.
However, if they come in this week, I will let you know.  I think that my
book sold because I was there to give an autograph and talk.  You might not
be able to sell many and then you'd have to send them back to me.  I'll try
to make the next convention.

Do you really want to saddle yourself with extra work?

I really enjoyed going tothe AGA convention in 2004 and am forever
appreciative to the AGA for the kind welcome and royal treatment.  I am so
busy this year- new job and publishing an electronic form of my book-- that
I just cannot make it.

Please convey my greetings to everyone.
