Oh, I'm terrible with nicknames. Even with proper names. Oh, and even with Surnames. What I meant was that all the BoD members should be inlcuded in the discussion before any final vote tally. Which probably could have gone without saying. Andthat last sentence probalby couldhave gone without saying alsp so please don't read it.

We can brainstorm anytime under Rule 2, I mean, it doesn't take a quorum. ErikandCheryl's suggestion to while away the ground travel miles talking about AGA sounds like an plan, even if an almost unavoidable outcome ;-)

There'll be a sufficient majority to consider and conduct business, although I wouldn't consider an item fully BoD considered until it had been presented to Dave. But we weren't planning on voting on anyting were we?
