Scott had objections to not sending a full refund, because we've never 
done it before.  But I still think we should take that approach with 
anyone here on out, including with Alesia.  It's not fair to cancel a 
field trip which we cut off at 50 and expect your money back this late in 
the game.  We're probably not going to fill all the extra spots.

That's why we're stalled.  I would suggest we hold off sending the check 
until after the convention, and then we'll know if it's full or not.
