[AGA-sc] AGA Hotel - Final Reconciliation

Ok here is the deal. The hotel has agreed in principal
to give us a credit of $1800 in return for our damages
incurred on Friday night. 

Jeff Senske's room was already comped two nights.
These were for the two nights due for meeting the room
night levels per the contract.

They are going to credit my SPG account with 8500 or
8600 starwood points which I will donate back to AGA
when ever we can use them.

They are preparing a final set of statements and will
email them to me today. After which I will submit them
to the Board for payement. Upon Board approval I will
either have Scott issue a check, or sign an
authorization form allowing them to keep the balance
on my personal credit card which then Scott can
reimburse me for. Whichever is cleaner for Scott.

I believe the total amount should be around $1997.10 
I will know after I receieve the emails from the hotel
acct dept. (Remember we have already paid them a $500
deposit accounted for in this total).
