I like the idea of giving bigger first prizes rather than watering it down
by giving 2nd & 3rd place prizes, even if we decide to put more money into
it. I think the POSSIBILITY of a bigger cash prize is likely to add to the
prestige of the contest than numerous prizes in piddling amounts.
