FYI.....the hotel finally credited my account for the Starwood meeting planner Starwood Points per the contract. I checked the contract and we were due 1000 points. In my previuos email I refernced 8500 points not sure where that number came from but I did get a second credit email for Starwwood points which I will forward.....
