I think we should go ahead and forward them the bid
document. We can and will evualate it based on the
merits of the formal bid response...no more and no
less. 

At this point I think we are all a little gun shy but
we should always try to be open to going back to the
club hosted model. At some point in the future it will
likely be the direction we will go.
