Just a quick update, I have been in talks through Ricky with Seachem. I am set to talk to Jim (?) mid week.
They are very keen on us coming to Hotlanta and are giving the thumbs up to a full Seachem factory tour with talks possibly.

They have a hotel (A Marriott property :-)) that is located across from the Aquarium that they have used before. They may also have contacts at the aquarium too.

This is all premature but I am hoping to firm up the details during my call.

I am still waiting on the proposal from the new salesperson at DFW too.

Regards,
Larry

Please be inthe discussions. I just meant summing up at the end for the record --xx votes in favor and the motion passes/fails. Like that. Also, that way it can be easier to look up Board actions in the archives.

Yea, I think you are right Scott. I guess I should wait to weigh in on issues until we have a majority or one vote of a majority if my vote would be the swing? I am still trying to figure all this out so please bear with me or better yet correct me if I am doing it wrong! :-)

Larry

Yeah. And probably Larry should summarize the count when a majority of votes are cast, just for the record/archives since these count as our official meetings.
