Greetings Mr. President,

My name is Chris Fells. I am the Auctions Chairperson and Vice President
of the Colorado Aquarium Society, a non-profit organization dedicated to
promoting and sharing information about the hobby of ornamental
fish-keeping. The Colorado Aquarium Society is a general aquarium club
that covers all aspects of the hobby to include both fresh and salt water,
either in aquariums or ponds.

The reason I am writing today is to inquire if your organization would be
interested in donating any of your products for our upcoming Spring
Auction. We hold two main auctions annually and they are our primary
sources of revenue. Anything donated would be sold at one of our auctions
and all monies received would go directly to the club. We would of course
provide a receipt for any donations received. In addition, depending on
the Suggested Retail Price of the items received, as well as any shipping
costs, we would advertise your sponsorship on our website and/or our
monthly newsletter.

Bronze 0.01-74.99 US Dollars, 6 months informational link on our website
Silver 75.00-149.99 US Dollars, 6 months informational link on our
website, as well as 6 months listed as a sponsor in our monthly
newsletters.
Gold 150.00 to 224.99 US Dollars, 6 months informational link on our
website, as well as a business card size ad in our monthly newsletter for
6 months
Platinum 225.00 US Dollars and Up, 6 months with a business card sized ad
and Link to your site on our web page, as well as a quarter page ad in our
monthly newsletter for 6 months.
