[AGA-sc] 2003 contract

Larry called & asked if I could forward the 2003 contract in DFW so that 
folks could make a comparison with the rates.  I have put it up at

>From what I can tell going over it, there are a few major changes other 
than the room rate hike:

   1. Thursday room committment is unrealistic and changes the guarantee
      significantly (requiring 148 roomnights total to get the meeting
      facilities for free).

   2. Nothing about banquet.  I am guessing that a banquet commitment
      would reduce the roomnight requirement.


If anyone would like to download my entire archive of AGA documents 
(finally sorted into a more reasonable heirarchy than the flat mess I 
used to have), I can make it into a 300 megabyte zip file.  Way easier to 
find old contracts and such.
