I will go with whatever you guys think but here is my
take 

1."No member no discount sorry". 
2. No postage subsidization discount - again sorry but
it's not our problem that you live far away.

I agree with Cheryl, If Dianna has already discounted
it and said it to Jeremiah that is fine then we will
do it but that would be all we should do.
