Yes, this is a small box, the remainder of my "promotional" copies for 
me and Kathy to send to prospective advertisers back when she was doing 
that sort of thing.  I'll drop it in the mail tomorrow or Tuesday, sent 
bound-printed-matter.

The board thinks it's a reasonable thing to release the sold-out issues on 
the CD/DVD as soon as possible.  I'm not so sure personally -- I'd prefer 
to wait until all of v15 is sold out to release v15 on the DVD, but I 
don't feel strongly about it either way.  I've scanned V15 and V16 in 
their entirety.  Cheryl sent me high quality PDF sources for V17 and V18 
quite a while back, and I assume we can get 19 and beyond in pristine 
digital as well without the ugly staple holes and light flare.

More importantly, I need to catch up with the indexing.  The last issue I 
indexed was volume 17, i.e., two and a half years ago.  So I'll hopefully 
be able to handle it all in one shot.
