I spoke with our circulation department and said they sent out e-mails to the officers and members of fish clubs/associations.

 

”We only mailed to email addresses that we were able to find on a club's website, and generally only those listed as officers in the club.  It was meant to be passed on by those initial addressees to others they thought might be interested in the offer.”
