Insofar as the release specifically mentions particular webistes, I would conclude that the release does *not* include websites not mentioned.

So I would definitiely ask for permission before allowing other websites to show any of the photos.

Maybe future photo releases should read something like:

" right to publish and/or display those images in any or all of the following venues the AGA International Aquascaping Contest web site; the Aquatic Gardeners Association web site; CD-ROM; The Aquatic Gardener, the Journal of the Aquatic Gardeners Association; various hobby related magazines and websites; and newstories in the interest of furthering the AGA's purpose. "
