Can you let him know why you are refunding it so that
he does not think our paypal is just not working and
he knows that we appreciate everything that they do
for us, etc.?

I remember trying to renew my membership when I joined
the Board and getting it refunded and being a little
confused until someone told me. Then again I am not
often accused of being the sharpest knife in the
drawer either. ;-)
